How to Export Your Analytics Data

Exporting your analytics data in BrandMentions is quick and intuitive. Follow these steps to generate a PDF report directly from your dashboard.

1. Go to the Analytics Section

From your project dashboard, open the Analytics tab to access your visualizations, charts, and key metrics.

2. Apply the Desired Filters

Set the filters that best match your reporting needs. You can refine your data by date range, media type, language, or sentiment.
The exported report will reflect the filters that are active at the time of export.

3. Locate the Export Button

At the top of the Analytics dashboard, find the Download button.

4. Generate the PDF

Click Download to start the process. BrandMentions will compile your data and charts into a structured PDF file.

5. Download and Share the Report

Once the PDF is generated, it will automatically download to your computer. You can share it via email, upload it to your shared drive, or print it for meetings and presentations.

Tip: Apply consistent filters and time ranges before exporting so your reports stay uniform across weeks, months, or campaigns.
