  1. Navigate to the Email & Alerts Section
    From your main BrandMentions dashboard, click Emails & Alerts in the left sidebar.


  2. Click the New Alert button
    Within the Emails & Alerts section, click on New Alert -> Scheduled Report.

  3. Create a New Scheduled Custom Report
    Click Create Email PDF Report to open the configuration window for your new automated report.


  4. Set the Report and the Schedule
    Select the report you want to create a schedule for and how often you want the report to be sent. You can choose from:

    • Weekly: Receive the report once a week on a specific day.

    • Monthly: Receive the report once a month on a specific date.

  5. Add Recipients
    Enter the email addresses of everyone who should receive the report. You can include multiple recipients, making it ideal for both internal teams and clients.

  6. Save Your Scheduled Report
    After configuring your settings, click Save. Your report will now be automatically generated and emailed to the selected recipients according to your chosen schedule.
