Can I Share Reports via a Live Link?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Yes, in BrandMentions you can share reports via a live, interactive link, not just as static PDFs. Instead of sending a file, you can send a private URL to a dynamic dashboard that people can explore on their own, without needing a BrandMentions account.

How to Create a Shareable Report Link

  1. Go to the Reports section
From your main BrandMentions dashboard, click on Reports.

  2. Enable report sharing link for existing reports
Use the green toggle to activate a public URL for this specific digest.

  3. Create a new shareable analytics report
Click + New Report > Shareable Analytics .

Choose the project you want to create the shareable report for and enable sharing the link.

BrandMentions will create a unique, private URL for your live report. You can disable or enable this link anytime you want.

Managing Your Shareable Reports

From the Reports dashboard, you can:

  • Copy link - Quickly copy the URL to share with clients or teammates

  • Enable/Disable Sharable Report Link - Share or remove a link any time; this immediately revokes access to that report.

From Static Documents to Interactive Dashboards

Shareable report links let your clients and stakeholders:

  • View live data in their browser

  • Interact with charts and widgets

  • Drill down into details whenever they want

It’s a more transparent, collaborative way to share your brand monitoring results.

Why Share Reports via a Live Link?

Interactivity
Recipients can hover charts, click data points, and explore insights in ways a PDF can’t offer.

Real-time data
Reports can be configured to always reflect the most up-to-date data.

Transparency & trust
Giving direct access to a live dashboard shows confidence in your data and process.

No login required
Viewers don’t need a BrandMentions account - just the link.

Using live, shareable links helps you deliver more modern, engaging, and transparent reporting experiences for clients and stakeholders.
