How Can I White-Label Reports With My Own Branding?

Updated over a month ago

In BrandMentions, you can white-label your PDF reports so they use your own logo and brand colors instead of BrandMentions branding. This is especially useful for agencies, consultants, and in-house teams who want client-facing reports to look fully on-brand.

When white-labeling is enabled:

  • Your logo appears on the cover and/or header of the report

  • Your brand color scheme is applied to charts and visual elements

  • BrandMentions’ logo and default branding are removed

How to white-label your reports

Follow these steps to apply your own branding to BrandMentions reports:

1. Open the Reports section

  1. Log in to your BrandMentions account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Reports.

This is where you configure how your reports look and how they are delivered.

2. Go to the Whitelabeling tab

  1. Inside the Reports area, open the Whitelabeling tab (or section).

  2. This is the branding configuration page for your PDF reports.

3. Enable white-labeling for reports

On the Whitelabeling page:

  1. Look for the option “Enable whitelabeling for reports” (or similar).

  2. Turn this option on to activate white-label mode for your reports.

Once enabled, BrandMentions will use your custom branding instead of the default one.

4. Upload your logo

  1. In the logo area, click Upload logo.

  2. Select your company or agency logo from your computer.

  3. Save or confirm the upload.

Your logo will now be used on:

  • The report cover

  • The header or footer, depending on the template

Tip: Use a high-quality version of your logo for best results.

5. Save your whitelabel settings

  1. Click Save to store your logo and color configuration.

  2. Your settings will now be used for all new reports you generate.

If needed, you can return to this page at any time to update your logo or colors.

Using your branding in existing and new reports

  • New reports
Any new PDF reports you create after enabling white-labeling will automatically use your logo and color scheme.

  • Existing reports
To apply branding to an existing report, open it in the Report Builder and make sure it uses the white-label template/settings, then save or regenerate the PDF.
