How Can I White-Label Reports With My Own Branding?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

In BrandMentions, you can white-label your PDF & Shareable reports so they use your own logo and brand colors instead of BrandMentions branding. This is especially useful for agencies, consultants, and in-house teams who want client-facing reports to look fully on-brand.

When white-labeling is enabled:

  • Your logo appears on the cover and/or header of the report

  • Your brand color scheme is applied to charts and visual elements

  • BrandMentions’ logo and default branding are removed

How to white-label your reports

Follow these steps to apply your own branding to BrandMentions reports:

1. Open the Whitelabel section

  1. Log in to your BrandMentions account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Whitelabel.

This is where you configure how your reports look and how they are delivered.

2. Go to the Customize your reports section

On the Whitelabeling page look for the option “Customize your reports” section (or similar). IIf your plan includes this feature, it will be active by default. If it is locked, you can upgrade your subscription directly from that page to unlock full customization.

3. Upload your company details, logo & pick PDF cover color

Navigate to the Whitelabel page and locate the customization section to update the following details:

  • Company Name: Enter the name you want to appear as the primary organization on the report.

  • Company Website: Add your official URL to be included in the report footer or header.

  • Add a Logo: Click to upload or drag and drop your brand’s logo.

    • Supported formats: .jpg, .png, or .svg.

    • Maximum size: 2 MB.

  • Pick PDF Cover Color: Select a primary brand color from the available palette to apply a consistent theme to the PDF cover page.

Tip: Use a high-quality version of your logo for best results.

4. Save your whitelabel settings

  1. Click Save to store your logo and color configuration.

  2. Your settings will now be used for all new reports you generate.

If needed, you can return to this page at any time to update your logo or colors.

Using your branding in existing and new reports

  • New reports
Any new PDF reports you create after enabling white-labeling will automatically use your logo and color scheme.

  • Existing reports
To apply branding to an existing report, open it in the Report Builder and make sure it uses the white-label template/settings, then save or regenerate the PDF.
