The number of team members you can add to your BrandMentions account depends on your subscription plan.
Each plan includes a specific number of user seats. A user seat equals one person with access to your BrandMentions workspace. For example, if your plan includes 5 user seats, you can have up to 5 active team members on that account at the same time. If you need to add more people than your plan allows, you will need to upgrade to a plan with more seats.
How to see how many team members your plan supports
You can check your current user limit directly inside your BrandMentions account.
Account or Billing section
Go to your Account or Billing area.
There you will typically see:
The name of your plan
The number of user seats included in your plan
How many seats are already in use
This is the most reliable place to confirm your current user capacity.
What happens if I reach my team limit?
If you have used all available user seats in your plan, you have two main options:
Remove an existing user
Go to Team Members
Remove or deactivate someone who no longer needs access
This will free up a seat that you can assign to a new team member
β
Upgrade your plan
Go to the Account or Billing section
Review the available plans and the number of user seats each one includes
Select a plan that matches your new team size
Confirm the upgrade and then invite additional team members
Once upgraded, you can start inviting new users immediately, as long as you stay within the new seat limit.
How to upgrade your plan to add more team members
If you know you need more seats, you can upgrade your plan in a few simple steps:
Open the Account or Billing section in your BrandMentions account.
Review the available subscription plans and their included user seats.
Select the plan that best fits your current and near future team size.
Confirm the upgrade by following the on screen instructions.
After the upgrade is completed, go back to Team Members and start inviting new users.
Planning for team growth
When choosing or reviewing your BrandMentions plan, it is helpful to:
Think about how many people will need access in the next few months
Include not only your current team, but also:
New hires you already plan to make
Client side stakeholders, if you plan to give them access
Consider choosing a plan with a few extra seats to avoid frequent upgrades
BrandMentions is designed to scale with you, so as your agency or marketing team grows, you can adjust your plan and continue adding team members without changing tools or workflows.
