Can a Single User Be Part of Multiple Brandmentions Accounts?

Updated over a month ago

Yes. A single user, with one email address and login, can be added to multiple BrandMentions accounts.

If an invitation is sent to an email address that already has a BrandMentions account, that user can simply log in and access the additional accounts and projects they were invited to, without creating a new profile.

How to be added to multiple accounts

If you work with more than one organization:

  1. Ask each BrandMentions account owner or admin to invite you using the same email address you already use in BrandMentions.

  2. Accept the invitation from each account.

  3. Log in and switch to the projects or account you need to work on.

How it works

1. One email, multiple accounts

Your BrandMentions user profile is identified by your email address.

  • Any BrandMentions account owner or admin can invite your email to join their team.

  • If you already use BrandMentions, you do not need a new password or login.

  • After you accept the invite, you become a user in that additional account.

2. Accessing multiple accounts

Once you are a member of more than one account:

  • You log in with the same credentials as usual.

  • You can access the projects and permissions granted to you in each account.

  • BrandMentions lets you switch between projects and accounts easily, so you can move from one client or company to another with minimal friction.

Benefits for freelancers, consultants, and agencies

Being part of multiple BrandMentions accounts with a single login provides several advantages:

Efficiency and convenience

  • No need to manage multiple logins or browsers

  • Switch between client accounts and projects inside the same session

  • Less time spent on access management, more time spent on analysis

Better security

  • You only maintain one set of credentials for BrandMentions

  • Easier to enforce strong passwords and two factor authentication on a single account

Clear separation of work

  • Each BrandMentions account keeps its own projects, billing, and team

  • You can collaborate with different organizations without mixing data between them

This setup lets you handle all your BrandMentions work from a single, consistent login, while still keeping each company or client’s workspace clearly separated.
