How Do I Upgrade My Plan to Allow More Team Members?

When your team grows and you reach the user limit of your current BrandMentions plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan that includes more user seats. The upgrade process is quick and handled from your account settings, so you can keep working without interruption.

How to upgrade your BrandMentions plan

You can upgrade your plan from the Account or Billing section of your BrandMentions workspace.

1. Go to the Account or Billing section

  1. Sign in to your BrandMentions account.

  2. From the main dashboard, open your Account, Subscription, or Billing section.

This area is your control center for managing your subscription, limits, and payment details.

2. Review the available plans

Inside the Account or Billing area you will see a list of available BrandMentions plans.

For each plan you can typically see:

  • How many user seats are included

  • What features are available

  • Any relevant limits (projects, mentions, etc.)

Take a moment to compare plans based on your current and expected team size.

3. Choose the plan that fits your team

Select the plan that:

  • Supports the number of team members you need today

  • Gives you a bit of room for near term growth, if you expect to add more people soon

Choosing a plan with a few extra seats can be more convenient than upgrading again every time you hire.

4. Click the Upgrade or Choose Plan button

Once you have decided which plan you want:

  1. Click Upgrade, Choose plan, or the equivalent button next to that plan.

  2. You will be taken to a confirmation or checkout screen.

After you click, your subscription will be updated to the new plan.

What happens after you upgrade

Once your plan is upgraded:

  • New user seats are available immediately
    You can go to Team Members and start inviting additional team members right away.

  • Your limits and features are updated
    Any extra features that come with the higher plan become available as soon as the upgrade is active.

When should you consider upgrading

You should think about upgrading your BrandMentions plan when:

  • You have reached the maximum number of users allowed on your current plan

  • You know you will hire more people soon and want to be ready

  • You need additional features that are only available in a higher tier

By upgrading your plan at the right time, you make sure your BrandMentions workspace can grow together with your team, without hitting user or feature limits right when you need to move fast.
