Before contacting the BrandMentions team, it helps to:

Step 1. Review BrandMentions subscription plans
Start by reviewing the BrandMentions plans and pricing.
When you do this, focus on:
Which plans include API access
Look for plan tiers that are designed for: Agencies, Larger companies, Teams that need integrations, automation, and direct data access
If you are not sure which plan is best, do not worry. The BrandMentions team will help you refine this in the next steps.
Step 2. Upgrade your plan if needed or contact the BrandMentions sales or support team
If you are currently on a plan that does not include API access, the BrandMentions representative will help you upgrade to a plan that does.
Once the upgrade is processed:
API access will be enabled for your account according to the new plan
You will be able to request your API key access inside BrandMentions
Information to include in your request
Provide:
Your name and your company name
The email address associated with your BrandMentions account, if you already have one
A short but clear description of how you plan to use the API, for example:
