Keeping your BrandMentions profile up to date helps you receive the right notifications, keeps your billing details accurate, and gives you a more personalized experience inside the app.
Where to Find Your Profile Settings
To access your profile settings in BrandMentions:
Log in to your BrandMentions account.
Look at the top right corner of the dashboard and click your profile letter icon or your name.
From the menu that appears, select Account Settings
You will now be on your main account management page, where you can edit your personal and company details.
What Profile Information You Can Update
In your profile settings, you can usually update the following fields:

Full Name
Your first and last name.
This is used to personalize your account and internal communication inside BrandMentions.

Email Address
The primary email address associated with your BrandMentions account.
This email is used for:
Logging in
Product notifications
Account and billing communication
Password
To set a new password for your BrandMentions account, you must know your current password.
When you update your password:
Enter your current password first
Choose a new, strong password that you have not used before
Confirm the new password, then save your changes
Your phone
You can add, edit, or remove your phone number from your account settings.
Company Name
The name of your company or organization.
This may appear on invoices and in account level identification.

How to Update Your Profile Information
Once you are on the Account Settings or Profile page, follow these steps:
Find the field you want to edit, for example Full Name or Company Name.
Click inside that field to make it editable.
Type your new information and double check it for accuracy.
Click the Save or Update button to confirm your changes.
Your updated profile information will be applied immediately.
