How Do I Reset My Password if I Forgot It?

If you forgot your BrandMentions password, you can reset it from the login page and quickly regain access to your account.

Steps to reset your forgotten BrandMentions password

  1. Go to the BrandMentions login page
    Open your web browser and go to the BrandMentions login page.

  2. Click the "Forgot password?" link
    Under the password field, click "Forgot password?" or a similar Reset password link.


  3. Enter your account email address
    You will see a field asking for your email.
    Enter the email address that is associated with your BrandMentions account.
    This is the same email you used when you signed up or last updated your login email.


  4. Send the reset link
    Click "Reset Password"
    BrandMentions will send a password reset email to your account email address.

  5. Check your email inbox
    Open your email inbox and look for a message from BrandMentions with a subject similar to "Password reset request".

    • If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.

    • If you still cannot find it after a few minutes, you can repeat the reset request.

  6. Open the password reset link
    In the email, click the password reset link.
    This link is unique to your request and is time sensitive.

  7. Create a new password
    After you click the link, a password reset page will open in your browser.

    • Enter your new password.

    • Confirm your new password by typing it again.
      Choose a strong, unique password that you have not used before.

  8. Log in with your new password
    Once your password is successfully updated, go back to the BrandMentions login page.
    Log in with your email address and your new password.

Still cannot access your account?

If you followed these steps and still cannot reset your password or sign in:

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • Check your spam or junk folders again for the reset email.
