You can manage and disconnect your existing integrations directly from your Account Settings in BrandMentions.

From there, you can edit integration settings, pause or disable them, or completely disconnect apps like Slack, Zapier, or other connected tools.
Where to manage your integrations
To access and manage your integrations in BrandMentions:
Log in to your BrandMentions account.
Click your profile menu in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select Account Settings.
Open the Integrations tab.
On this page you will see a list of all apps that are currently connected to your BrandMentions account.
How to disconnect an integration
If you no longer want an app connected to BrandMentions, you can disconnect it completely.
This will revoke access so BrandMentions will stop sending any data to that tool.
Steps to disconnect an integration
Go to Account Settings in your BrandMentions account.
Click the Integrations tab.
Find the integration you want to disconnect in the list.
Click Disconnect, Remove, or Revoke (the exact wording may vary by integration).
Confirm that you want to disconnect the integration when prompted.
Once confirmed, the integration will be removed from your BrandMentions account and will no longer receive data.
Important note about existing data
When you disconnect an integration:
BrandMentions will stop sending new data to that application
Any data that has already been shared will not be deleted automatically
If you want to remove historical data from the other tool, you must:
Log in to that external application
Manually delete or clean up the data there, according to that app's options and policies
Regularly managing your integrations helps keep your BrandMentions account secure, clean, and connected only to the tools that truly support your brand monitoring workflow.
