BrandMentions lets you customize how numbers are displayed so they match your local formatting style. This is useful if you work with international teams or share reports with stakeholders in different regions.
For example:
Some regions use 1,234.56 (comma for thousands, period for decimals).
Other regions use 1.234,56 (period for thousands, comma for decimals).
By adjusting your number format settings, you can make your reports easier to read and understand for your audience.
How to customize your number formats
Follow these steps to change your number formatting in BrandMentions:
Log in to your BrandMentions account.
Go to Account Settings from your profile menu.
Open the General Settings section.
Find the Decimal separator & Thousand separator settings.
Select the character you want to use from the dropdown menus.
Click Save to apply your changes.
After you save, numbers in the BrandMentions interface and in your reports will be displayed using your new format.
