You don't have to download the entire dashboard, you can easily extract standalone visual charts or raw numerical datasets from any widget in the Audience Demographics report.
Supported Export Formats
Every chart widget on the Demographics dashboard features its own dedicated export menu supporting three file types:
Spreadsheet Data (Excel): Exports the raw numerical dataset behind the visualization. This is ideal for performing custom pivot analysis, calculating growth ratios, or merging audience data with your existing CRM metrics.
High-Resolution Images (PNG / JPEG): Downloads a clean, standalone image of the specific chart widget. Perfect for dropping directly into Google Slides, PowerPoint presentations, or custom client strategy documents.
How to Export an Individual Chart
Go to the Demographics Tab: Log in to BrandMentions, select your project, and click on Demographics in the main project navigation bar.
Find Your Chart: Scroll to the chart widget you want to extract (such as Countries, Age Distribution, Who's Talking, or Interests).
Click the Export Icon: Hover over the upper-right corner of that chart's card and click the Export Data button (represented by a tray with a down arrow).
Choose Your Format: Select Excel, JPEG, or PNG from the drop-down menu.
Download: The file will immediately download, ready to use.
Extracting individual charts makes it effortless to drop exact data points straight into your client decks, weekly updates, and executive strategy reports.
