By default, BrandMentions extracts data from the past 30 days.
If you need data from an earlier period, simply click the Extract Historical Data button.
Once you do so, you will be redirected to the Project Settings area ->Historical Data Section.
Select Your Historical Time Interval
Click on the dropdown menu labeled "Select your historical time interval".
Choose the desired time range, such as "Last 3 Months" or any other custom option available.
Extract Historical Data
Once your preferred time interval is selected, click the Extract Historical Data button.
BrandMentions will then process and display mentions within the specified time frame.
Note: The range options may vary based on your subscription level, but historical data can go back as much as 10 years.
