By default, BrandMentions extracts data from the past 30 days.
Yet, the app can go back offering up to 10 years of historical data.
You can check out our pricing plans here and the historical data assigned to each plan.
If you'd like to retrieve additional historical data, click the Get Historical Data button located at the top right of your dashboard.
Once you do so, you'll be redirected to the Settings section where you can retrieve past mentions for your project.
Select Time Interval: Choose the desired time range for historical data from the available options.
Extract Historical Data: Click the Extract Historical Data button to begin processing.
This feature is useful for analyzing trends and mentions over a longer period, helping you gain deeper insights into your brand's historical performance and reputation.
