How to see positive or negative Sentiment Analysis?

In the Mentions section, you can filter mentions based on sentiment to focus on positive, neutral, or negative feedback.

Sentiment Options: Located on the right side of the screen, you’ll find three sentiment filters:

  • Negative: Shows only mentions classified with negative sentiment.

  • Neutral: Displays mentions with neutral sentiment.

  • Positive: Filters mentions with positive sentiment.

Clicking on any of these options will update the mentions feed and graph to reflect only the selected sentiment type, allowing you to analyze specific audience perceptions more easily. This filter is useful for tracking how sentiment trends over time or focusing on particular feedback types.
