You can import mentions within BrandMentions, in bulk or one by one.
This feature allows you to add mentions into the system that weren't collected by our crawlers. It can be used either when migrating from another service or ongoing when you want to add specific mentions into BrandMentions.
The feature can be found within the Mentions section.
You have two options. You can add mentions one by one or bulk import them using the CSV file format available within the pop-up.
