If you have a project you no longer need, you can delete it easily. Just be aware that this action cannot be undone.
Deleting a project is quick and straightforward: go to Settings → Delete Project → Confirm. Just be sure you no longer need it, because the change is permanent.
Steps to Delete a Project
Log in to your BrandMentions account.
On your Dashboard, locate the project you want to remove.
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon.
In the project settings panel, scroll until you find the Delete Project option.
Click Delete Project.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. If you’re sure, click Confirm to proceed.
The project will be deleted and all its data will be removed.
Important to Know
Deleting a project cannot be reversed. Once deleted, you cannot recover the mentions or settings from it.
If you think you might need the project later, you might consider archiving or exporting its data instead of deleting it outright.
Make sure you’re deleting the correct project, double-check the project name and details before confirming.
