The Performance Filter helps you identify high-impact mentions by focusing on those with significant engagement or reach. This filter is invaluable for cutting through the noise and concentrating on the conversations that matter most. By using the Performance Filter, you can quickly discover your most influential brand advocates, prioritize engagement efforts, and understand what type of content resonates best with your audience.
How to Use the Performance Filter
The Performance Filter is typically found within the Source Filtering options in your Mentions Dashboard. It allows you to set thresholds for different performance metrics, helping you focus on the mentions that truly move the needle.
- Locate the Performance Slider
On the right sidebar, find the Performance section. The slider typically ranges from 1 to 10, representing the relative strength or impact of each mention.
- Adjust the Range
Drag the slider handles to set your desired performance threshold.
- Example: Setting it between 3 and 10 filters out low-performing mentions, leaving only those with higher reach or engagement.
- This helps you focus on the conversations that contribute most to visibility and influence
    3. View the Updated Results
Once the range is applied, your dashboard will automatically update the charts and mention list showing only those mentions that meet the selected performance criteria.
Once applied, your mentions feed will automatically update to display only those mentions that meet or exceed your performance criteria.
