How to Use Full-Text Search
Using the full-text search is a straightforward process designed for quick and efficient exploration of your data. You can perform a search in two ways:
- either by using the search bar located at the top of the Mentions or Analytics page 
- or by applying it as an advanced filter for a more refined and targeted search experience. 
Using the Search Bar
This bar is typically located at the top the Mentions or Analytics page.
- Enter Your Search Query 
 Type the word, phrase, or topic you want to search for.- You can enter single words (for example, pricing), full phrases (for example, customer support experience), mentions URLs, domains, authors or any other mention snippet you need. 
 
- Run the Search 
 Press Enter or click the search icon to execute your search. The mentions feed will update automatically to show only the mentions that contain your chosen term or phrase.
Using Advanced Filtering
- Locate the Full-Text Search Filter 
 In the right side of your Dashboard, find the Advanced Filters and find the one labeled “Full Text Search.”
 
- Enter Your Search Query 
 Type the word, phrase, or expression you want to find within your mentions.
 You can also use advanced search operators to refine your query:- AND to include multiple terms (e.g., marketing AND analytics) 
- OR to include either of two terms (e.g., “BrandMentions” OR “social listening”) 
 
- Execute the Search 
 The mentions feed will instantly refresh to display only the mentions containing your search terms.

- Explore new topics 
 Use the Full-Text Search to test out potential new keywords before adding them to your long-term monitoring project. This helps you gauge relevance and activity around a topic.
