How to Export Mentions
Exporting mentions from your project takes just a few simple steps:
Filter Your Data
Before exporting, apply filters in the right sidebar to narrow down your dataset. You can refine mentions by:Date Range

Source
Keywords
Tags
Reach or Interactions
Filtering ensures your exported file contains only the most relevant data for your analysis.
Find the “Export” Button
In your Mentions Dashboard, locate the “Export” button typically found near the Import one, under the Mentions & Reach chart.
Start the Export
Confirm your choice and start the export process. BrandMentions will prepare your file based on the selected filters. The generation time may vary depending on the size of your dataset. Once complete, you’ll be able to download the file directly to your device.
What Data Is Included in the Export
Your exported file will include all key data points for each mention, such as:
Mention URL
Source Website
Title or Page Name
Content Snippet or Excerpt
Publication Date
Sentiment (Positive, Negative, or Neutral)
Reach and Interactions (Likes, Shares, Comments)
Tags or Labels you’ve applied
