Can I pause my BrandMentions subscription?
Yes, you can request to pause your subscription, even if there is no visible “Pause subscription” button in your account.
BrandMentions does not offer a self serve pause toggle inside the app, but our team can manually pause your subscription for you on request. During the pause period:
You are not billed for the subscription
Your account is put on hold
Your projects and data are preserved so you can return later
When the pause ends, your subscription can be reactivated and you can continue from where you left off.
Alternatives to pausing your subscription
If pausing is not the best option for you, consider these alternatives:
1. Downgrade to a lower plan
If you want to reduce costs but keep access to BrandMentions:
Switch to a lower tier plan with smaller limits and a lower price
Keep your account active while paying less during quieter periods
2. Cancel and reactivate later
