After you pay for your BrandMentions subscription, it is a good idea to confirm that the payment went through and that your account is active. BrandMentions gives you a few simple ways to check your payment status.
Ways to check if your payment was successful
1. Check your email confirmation
After a successful payment, you should receive an email from BrandMentions that usually includes:
A confirmation that your payment was received
Information about your plan or renewal
An invoice or receipt, or a link to it
If you do not see the email:
Check your spam or promotions folder
Make sure you are checking the same email address you used for your BrandMentions account
2. Check the Billing or Invoices section in your account
You can also verify your payment directly inside BrandMentions.
You can click the invoice to see more details or download it as a PDF for your records.
3. Check your bank or credit card statement
Another way to confirm is to look at the account you used for payment.
If you see the charge and it is not pending, your payment was processed.
What to do if you are not sure
If you cannot find a confirmation email, do not see a Paid invoice in your Billing section, or the charge does not appear on your bank or card statement after a reasonable time:
Double check that your payment method details are correct
Try refreshing or logging out and back into your BrandMentions account
Contact the BrandMentions support team with your account email and, if available, any transaction details
The support team can look up your payment status and help you resolve any billing issues.
