If you are getting value from your BrandMentions trial and want to keep your monitoring running, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time. The process only takes a few steps and your account is upgraded as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Steps to upgrade from trial to a paid plan
Log in to your BrandMentions account.
If a trial banner is visible, click Upgrade now.
You can also go to Account Settings → Billing.
Review the list of available paid plans and compare their limits and features.
Click Upgrade or Subscribe on the plan you want.
On the payment page, enter your payment details and confirm.
Once the payment is processed, your account is immediately upgraded to the selected plan.
After upgrading:
Your trial status is replaced with your active paid subscription.
You keep all the projects and data you created during the trial.
Your account starts using the limits and features of your new plan.
Upgrading during your trial ensures a smooth transition so your monitoring continues without interruption.
