How Do I See Mentions Analytics & Insights?

How do I see reach, performance, top KPIs?

To view Analytics & Key Insights, you need to follow these steps:

1. Access the Analytics Section: On the left-hand side menu, select the "Analytics" tab. This will take you to a dashboard displaying comprehensive insights about your brand mentions.

2. Overview of Key Metrics: At the top of the Analytics page, you'll find key metrics for your brand:

  • Mentions: The total number of mentions collected.

  • Interactions: Total engagement on these mentions.

  • Reach: Estimated number of people who may have seen these mentions.

  • Positive Mentions: Percentage and number of mentions with positive sentiment.

  • Negative Mentions: Percentage and number of mentions with negative sentiment.

You can choose which of these metrics to be displayed on your main view by clicking on the edit button from the top right corner.

On the Analytics page you will find important key insights & charts like: sentiment analysis, influencer data, emoji statistics, reach, geographical distribution and many other important charts.

Volume of Mentions & Reach

Displays the volume of mentions and their reach over time. The chart helps to:

  • Identify trends in brand mentions.

  • Understand changes in audience reach.


Sentiment Over Time

Shows the proportion of positive, negative, and neutral mentions over a set timeline. This can help you:

  • Track shifts in public sentiment.

  • Identify time periods with more positive or negative mentions, allowing you to investigate the causes.


Sentiment by Media Type

Breaks down sentiment by platform (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). This helps to:

  • Determine which platforms have the most positive or negative feedback.

  • Understand which media types drive the most engagement for your brand.


Sentiment by Language

Analyzes sentiment across different languages, useful for:

  • Gauging brand perception in various linguistic and cultural contexts.

  • Identifying specific regions or audiences with favorable or unfavorable views of the brand.


Emoji Statistics & Emotion Analysis

This section includes:

  • Emoji Usage: Most frequently used emojis in mentions about your brand.

  • Emotion Analysis: Categorizes mentions by emotions like joy, anger, sadness, and surprise, providing insight into how people feel about your brand.


Top Influencers by Voice Share

Highlights the top influencers discussing your brand and their "voice share," showing:

  • Voice share percentage

  • Influencer Followers: The number of followers for each influencer.

  • Mentions: How often each influencer mentioned your brand and the sentiment of those mentions. This data helps you identify key individuals shaping brand perception and engagement.


Top Sites by Visits

Lists websites with the highest mention frequencies and their respective traffic. This data reveals:

  • Key online sources discussing your brand.

  • High-traffic sites, which can serve as valuable channels for partnerships or content placement.


Influencers by Media Type & Performance

Displays influencers sorted by media type and their engagement metrics, allowing you to:

  • Identify top-performing influencers on specific platforms.

  • Assess influencer performance on a scale from 1 to 10 to prioritize partnerships.


Demographics Over Time

Presents demographic data of your audience, including:

  • Gender Distribution: Male vs. Female audience percentages.

  • Audience Size Over Time: Changes in the size of different demographic groups.


Website Traffic Demographics

Breaks down website visits by audience demographics, providing insight into your website’s audience composition.


Best Time to Post

Shows the peak times and days for brand mentions, useful for optimizing post schedules to maximize engagement.


Top Countries

Lists the countries with the highest number of mentions, giving you:

  • A view of geographical engagement.

  • Insights into regions where your brand has strong or growing interest.


Trending Hashtags

Lists the most frequently used hashtags related to your brand, allowing you to:

  • Identify relevant topics and trends.

  • Develop hashtag strategies to align with popular terms.


Mentions by Media Type & Top Languages

Displays the percentage of mentions across different media types and languages, helping you to:

  • Focus efforts on dominant media platforms.

  • Adapt content for the most common languages.


Social Media Interactions

Shows the volume of interactions across social media platforms over time, helping you understand engagement trends and platform-specific performance.


Trending Conversations

Lists the top topics and keywords associated with your brand in recent conversations, providing insight into:

  • Emerging topics of interest.

  • Key areas where your brand is associated with or discussed.

  • The sentiment of the topics or keywords associated with your mentions
