How Can I Present Brandmentions Data Under My Company’s Logo and Name?

Updated over a month ago

BrandMentions gives you two main ways to present data under your own brand instead of BrandMentions:

  1. Branded (white-labeled) PDF reports - your logo and colors on every report

  2. Fully white-labeled app interface -– BrandMentions running on your own domain with your branding

You can use one or both options depending on how “white-label” you want the experience to be.

Use this if you want client-ready, branded reports with your logo and color scheme.

What it does

  • Replaces the BrandMentions logo with your company or agency logo

  • Applies your brand colors to charts and visual elements

  • Keeps all BrandMentions data and widgets, but visually presents them as your reports

  1. Go to Reports in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the Whitelabeling tab.

  3. Turn on whitelabeling for reports (or similar toggle).

  4. Upload your logo – this will appear on the cover and headers.

  5. Choose your brand colors – these will be used throughout the PDF.

  6. Click Save.

From now on:

  • New reports you create will automatically use your logo and colors.

  • You can regenerate existing reports to apply the new branding.

This is the easiest way to send BrandMentions insights under your own name in a professional, on-brand format.

Use this if you want clients and teams to log into a fully branded platform under your own URL.

What it does

  • Lets you run BrandMentions on a custom domain or subdomain, such as:

    • analytics.youragency.com (custom domain)

    • your-subdomain.brandmentions.com (subdomain option)

  • Replaces BrandMentions visuals with your logo, name, and branding on the login page and interface

  • Makes the platform feel like your own in-house monitoring tool

This is a premium, enterprise-level feature and may require extra setup.

  1. Go to Reports → Whitelabeling.

  2. Find the section “White-label the Domain & Application.”

  3. Toggle Enable whitelabeling for domain & app.

  4. Choose Subdomain or Domain:

    • Subdomain – enter the subdomain you want (e.g., clients → clients.brandmentions.com).

    • Domain – enter a domain like analytics.yourcompany.com and follow the linked setup docs for DNS configuration.

  5. Enter your Company Name (displayed in the interface).

  6. Upload your login page logo (recommended max size 336 × 140 px).

  7. Save your changes and complete any required DNS steps.

Once configured, users will access BrandMentions through your branded URL and login page, seeing your name and logo instead of BrandMentions’.

Which option should I use?

  • ✅ You send PDFs to clients or leadership → Use white-labeled PDF reports.

  • ✅ You want a full “my agency’s platform” experience → Request full app white-labeling with a custom domain.

  • ✅ You need both polished deliverables and a branded portal → Use both: brand your reports and white-label the app.
