Automatic billing in BrandMentions is designed to keep your monitoring running without interruptions. As long as your subscription is active and your payment method is valid, your plan renews on its own and you keep access to all your projects and data.
How automatic billing works in BrandMentions
When you subscribe to a BrandMentions plan, you agree that your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Here is what happens on your renewal date:
Your saved payment method is charged automatically.
Your subscription is extended for a new billing period
Monthly plans renew every month
Annual plans renew once per year
If the payment succeeds, your monitoring continues without any action required from you. If the payment fails, you may receive a notification asking you to update your payment method to keep your subscription active.
How to view and manage your renewal
You can see and control your automatic renewal settings at any time from your Account Settings > Billing area.
From there you can:
View your renewal date
See exactly when your next charge is scheduled.
Change your payment method
Update an expired card, switch cards, or set a new payment option.
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Move to a plan with higher or lower limits before the next renewal.
Cancel your subscription
Stop future renewals if you decide to end your subscription.
When you cancel, automatic billing stops. You keep access to BrandMentions until the end of the current paid period, but you are not charged again unless you reactivate or subscribe to a new plan.
